Try uninstalling directx 11 and installing directx 10.1. But my guess is still finding an older catalyst driver that works or waiting for a new one that works. Catalyst drivers are released every month and are numbered that way. 10.3 starts at the beginnning of the month and is tested and worked on. So either get 10.3 or try 10.4 (april is the 4th month). But my guess and it's just a guess is that 10.2 might work for ya.
