I just bought a new TS1 Makin magic disc and installed it but it keeps coming up with "Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application". I have tried everything, i have a windows vista.
A mysterious person yet stupid enough to tell a stranger.

Did you try cleaning your disk? http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Install

Did you try a manual install? I don't have instructions, but I believe that this technique involves copying everything to your hard drive and then running the installation from your hard drive.
