So just started here and well i'm having trouble Downloading.
Yes i looked at the guide!
I'm currently on a Mac and i have Stufflt Does any one know a guide?
Or someone who could help me here?

Are you wanting Stuffit for expanding rars??
Because if that is the case then you just right click on the files and go to open with -stuffit. And if stuffit is not in the list there go to the 'Other...' link at the bottom. Then find Stuffit. On my computer zips are automatically expanded but I have to do rars manually.

Just fyi, I just updated that guide HL linked to with some more info for OS X users – so even if you already know it, it might be worth a second look.
