I'm looking for people to test this out, as I don't have much time to play anymore. This mod adds tests to the cooking and baking XML so that a low skill level increases the chance of a fire. The optional file changes the cooldown of the buff that prevents more fires after one to a negligible 1 sim minute.

I would like feedback about balancing. It's meant to be a deterent for low level cooking, not a punishment for daring to cook. Any other feedback is alright as well, as I am a newborn modder.
