New computer and graphics card
Hi!
I FINALLY manage to convince my father on helping me buy a new computer, and righ now, i think this is the best i have. My question is basically over the graphics card, but more on that when I get there. Any help about this computer would be appreciated. (Is it good enough?, would it run okay? (sims 3 wit all expantions, maybe sims 4) I'm also gonna be using it a bit for designing, but nothing major -indesign, photoshop and ilustrator). Thanks!

1150 INTEL CORE I5 4670 3.4 GHZ 6 MB
DD 3.5 STA 3 seagate 1 TB
PC COOLER MASTER 625 watts extreme II
Gigabyte GTX 760 4GB DDR5/256 BIT PCI-E 3.0 (I saw on the card list the 760 TI, but this one is not TI, is it okay anyway?)
ATX Cooler master elite 430
DDR3 Patriot 8 GB Twin 1600
Mother Boad 1150 GIGABYTE G1 SNIPER B5 INTEL B85, 4XDDR3, PCOEXP, USB

i still have a little extra budget (this would be 13,000 MXP, and i have another 2), so if you think I may upgrade something please say.
Thanks again.

Sorry now that I think of it, what case are you getting? I don't see it mentioned. Also can you switch the motherboard for an H87? It's not a big deal, just a bit better for you I think.

If you switched the CPU to an i5-4440, would the computer be cheaper?

The case would be the ATX Cooler Master Elite 430 s/f black.

Asus ATX H87 you mean? I think so, just would have to ask if they have it.

Switch it for the 4440 yes, it would make it cheaper, but not by much, really.

Thanks!

The case is good, I would switch to the H87 if possible and if within your budget, since it'll give you more SATA and USB 3 ports.

If you only play The Sims 3, you won't really see a difference between a i5 4440 and a i5 4670. You could make the switch and save some money, but if its not by much you might as well keep the 4670.

Nice, be sure to check that everything is running like it should before you install the sims.

Check that all your drivers are up to date, do a memory test on your RAM, check your CPU temperature etc. and if your receipt was printed on thermal paper, make a photocopy or scan it

Hi! Well as far as I can tell everything is running smoothly. Just one question, I installed sims with no expantions and it said that my graphics card was not recognized but the settings were at the max, and when I look in to the DeviceConfig it said this:

=== Graphics device info ===
Number: 0
Name (driver): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Name (database): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 [Found: 0, Matched: 0]
Vendor: NVIDIA
Chipset: Vendor: 10de, Device: 1187, Board: 361c1458, Chipset: 00a1
Driver: nvd3dum.dll, Version: 9.18.13.3489, GUID: D7B71E3E-52C7-11CF-497A-11161CC2C435
Driver version: 3489
Monitor: \\.\DISPLAY1
Texture memory: 3744MB
Vertex program: 3.0
Pixel program: 3.0
Hardware TnL: 1

should I be worried? I read it was because the sims was released before the card, but i did patch the game to the latest version (1.67). I'm a bit worried over this.
