Hi I am Aysarth! About a week ago, I became unable to log into the site because my password was no longer recognised. I have been trying for a week to re-set my password, but the automatic email has not been coming through. I had to make this new account with a different email address in order to report the problem, as I am not aware there is any way to contact MTS staff without being registered? Please will Mods reading this assist me in getting my old registration back. |

An update. Yesterday, I tried again to reset the password. This time, the email with the link to reset did come through. I was able to follow the link, and got a message along the lines of "Your password has been reset. An email has been sent to inform you of the new password." So far, the second email has not arrived and I don't think it will come through now. I will try again later today. |
