Is it possible to change the percent chance of success for chance cards (choice A success %, choice B success %)?

I was trying to find a way to fix a custom career that I downloaded but it's not working. But everything in SimPE seems to be right, all the texts and working hours and all that stuff... But in game the job name and descriptions appear different and the work hours and money appear at 0 :\
How do I fix it? It seems to be picking up on something else to appear like that in game but I tested to run my game without any other custom career and it still does the same thing.

Probably a language problem, check that everything in SimPE seems to be right in the language that your game uses, and/or set the catalogue description and text lists to 'Default lang only'
