Default I am trying to download Sims 3 Mod but it saves under PDF file (Adobe).
Please help me convert it. I try to open Adobe but this file cannot be opened under Adobe because they are not compatible. I also tried extracting but there is no option to do so. I have tried damn near everything I could and Google is not seeming to help me with the answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right-click the file and click Properties. What is the file type?
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.
