OK so after literal hours of messing around to see what I can do it seems that when its set to 'Solid and glass meshes and textures' it wont export the sims that dont have any glasses (or anything that falls in that category). This seems to fix when you just do a normal single mesh and texture export.

However, I did manage to run into something even stranger, my sim's dog has a painted coat and when it got to sim ripper it looked completely different and it gave me an error log so I've taken screenshots of what he should look like vs what he looks like in ripper and I've also added his troubleshooting info.

but other than that it seems like I might just be a big dumb dumb with these certain sims just not coming out cos they didn't have glass textures (oopies...) (sorry about that)

Interesting. I think it might be a separate overlay linked from the save that SimRipper isn't using, but I'll need your save game to check it out.

I keep getting error messages saying that the ripper can not download my diffuse and specular. I tried to download my troubleshoot but the file is too big.

Is the sim not displaying or saving? Is it actually not working or are you just getting an error in the error listing? Errors saying SimRipper can't find something are usually because there's something in the sim's save data that you used and later removed from your game and you can ignore it.

You could upload your error and sim info listings, or post the error listing. That might give me a clue.

Sorry, I'm confused. Does the sim appear in the preview? Can you save a DAE?

The only unusual thing I see is that it can't read the BOND in the B.C Breast package. I thought that was fixed but I'll have to check. Just in case you're using a version that's different from the ones I've tested with, could you upload the B.C_Breast.package?

Sorry if I am confusing. Yes, the sim is appearing in the preview and yes I am only getting the dea. It will not export the diffuse and specular.
It won't let me upload the package on here

Yes, the sim looks fine. I don't know what could make the textures not save if everything else is working. What happens when you save the DAE? Is there an error message? What happens if you click the button to save textures? What happens if you import the DAE in Blender, does the texture show up?

When I click the dea it just saves the dea. I didn't get an error message when I tried it just now but the error message that was pooping up earlier said it was unable to read the breast package. Also when I click save textures it saves the diffuse and specular like normal.

When you save the DAE it also saves the textures. Maybe you didn't see that they're there. Anyway, since you can save the mesh and the textures it sounds like you don't have a problem, right?

Looks like it's one particular outfit so it's probably CC. If the Sim troubleshooting info is too big you'll have to wait and in the next version I'll try to make it smaller. If you can upload it, please also upload your save game.

I've been preoccupied by another project (which actually is relevant to SimRipper) and have a list of stuff to catch up on, so I can't give you a time. Should be on the order of a week or so.

Default errors in rippers
hiiii i really need help!!
i made this sim and i tried putting her through ripper but it said that there were errors. i went in cas and changed her around and remove the things that may have caused the errors but it’s been saying the same thing for hours...even though she looks completely fine in ripper. and it’s difficult to identify what the errors are because it’s in codes, please help!!!

What that means is that you probably used a slider or preset and later removed it. The sim still has the slider in its data but SimRipper can't find it. Just ignore it.

I really love this mod. However my exported sims come out with reddish nipples & light toned shoulder lines. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fix for this ? Great mod by the way!

Please upload your save game, a pic of the problem, and the sim troubleshooting info if it's not too big. Otherwise please wait for the next version. I won't be able to get to this for a while anyway.
