It's in buy mode somewhere. I use the Seasons collection list. It's like a huge object you can place on your lot and use.

It's in the buy catalog, I believe under hobbies. There are 2 sizes.
I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.

And it IS pretty big. You need a LOT of space to place it.

Roller rink is right where the ice skate rink should be - Buy Mode -> Hobbies -> Misc. (I believe (: )
