added on March 9th From the beginning Maxis had included a medical emergency call with the emergency phone calls but had kept it disabled and never made use of it. Even when they rewrote the phone calls for Pets EP they rewrote the medical emergency call without enabling it. This enables the call, first for pregnant sims that are in the last trimester, which is the Maxis default, second for sims with a potentially lethal disease. Build your own working hospitals with nurses and doctors. Send your sims to the hospital to get cured or to have their babies. Site is 18+; mod is not. Enter at your own risk! added on March 9th I'm using a lot the treasures chests that the expansion pack World Adventure has given us. They're perfect to store various Sims' items, they allow some hacks like the "Give" interaction from MTS to work. Actually, I'd like having a chest in all my houses, but even with Create-a-Style, the treasures chests don't fit all the decorating styles... So, I made new ones. Due to a Workshop bug, they're not based on the WA chests, but work the same, that's why I call them "chest-like": you can store your Sims items in the chest-like by choosing the "Open" option and drag and drop the items you want to store, or to remove. added on January 29th Ok, so I, for one, hate building run down factories and warehouses and such with straight, perfect columns and accents. Anyone else? If so, here's a nice set of broken and run down concrete style columns with exposed metal supports. There are three columns total and all have three CAStable parts; the concrete base, the exposed metal rods, and the broken/chipped sections. I priced column #1 higher than the other two by mistake so they don't all show up together in the catalog - sorry. The files once unzipped are in package format. added on August 26th Redcliffs is a beautiful new world by Awesims! It requires WA and Ambitions and is a coastal village, with everything your sim could ever want! There are distinct “districts” – a rural section, downtown, suburbian, and coastal beach areas. It includes all rabbitholes downtown, and pretty much everything is covered. The junkyard is in the industrial park near the back of town. This world has everything a world needs, and more! This custom world is perfect for you if your bored of Sunset Valley or Twinbrook.
