This lot is a complete rework of the original 73 Road to Nowhere. While I understand that the lot is supposed to be "strange" looking because it's in this neighborhood, I've always found it more annoying than weird. I always hated how narrow it was to get to the front door and the camera doesn't really like looking at the basement because that is also narrow.
I just decided to make it a more Smith-like house and make it a cute house that is ready to welcome in a family. I sort of imagined it being either a great home for Nervous Subject (and whoever he likes) to move into if he ever escapes the Beakers, or maybe even for Tank or Ripp Grunt after they age up and get a want to move out.
Custom content was used but only one is truly needed and the others are optional but really recommended!
You will need:
Honeywell’s “Bespoke Build Set” and “Bespoke Floors & Walls”. If nothing else, grab the mailbox shelf! It’s super helpful.
Recommended:
LordCrumps’ Road Overlay and Matching Floor Tiles from “New Hood and Road Default Replacements”. I personally use this so that is why I included it here. If you choose not to get this, you will simply not see the road overlay in front of the lot, as well as the road and sidewalk tiles that I used for the path to the front door and the driveway.
Roddyaleixo’s “Invisible Driveway & Extensions”. I think most people have this already but if you don’t, I highly recommend it!
