This Ice-Skating Park could be the hub of any Neighborhood for Sims who want a quick coffee and a chance to catch up with any local gossip! 
A place to meet the neighbors and have some fun ice-skating, playing darts, chess or even having a snowball fight!
This lot can quickly be converted to a skate park during Spring and Summer, and for any Rich Sims with over $66k, could be a nice little earner as plenty of Sims will want to spend time here.
