beach restaurant - small beach community lot - 2x3 Size lot - no CC

Please read carefully before downloading the lot file.

This is a tropical-style beach restaurant, it is a community lot where the sims can have fun encounters and meetings.
Thanks to the Mootilda Lot Adjuster tool it was possible to create a beach lot smaller than the ones included in the game.

The restaurant includes the basics and necessary for its operation, on the left side are the public bathrooms for men and women, on the right side is the kitchen and a small room with a shower and dressing room so that the Sims can take a shower and changing clothes.
the outdoor area and the beach is decorated with palm trees and desert plants and furniture, if you wish you can place more tables on the beach or additional objects to complete the lot.
you can use this lot in a vacation suburb or install it in a neighborhood with aquatic areas.

This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance. the operation, Sims access and animations of the beach aquatic area were verified and everything works without problems.
Is possible that after placing the lot in the neighborhood, some objects on the beach will appear sunken, you just have to relocate them with the hand tool.
You must be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.

this is a beach lot and should be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
