It sleeps four people (two double beds) and SIX dogs. Woof.
If you actually get that many I would recommend locking them out of the main house, but hey, it's your furniture.

There is an outdoor bathtub to wash the dogs. I put a privacy fence around it because sims will jump right in when the dogs are done. If this bugs you just lock the gate when you're not using it.

An Oddity
So...I replaced parts of the foundation with a stone wall to give it a thick textured look that is visible on the outside and inside of the house.
I really like the effect but it's a tiny bit annoying for two reasons:
1. A combination of missing supports and objects under the foundation means that the floor tiles can be a bit annoying to change. Don't forget you can use 'shift' to change a whole section at once.
2. For the indoor side of the stone walls to look correct at night I had to stick a bunch of lights in the foundation (i put rocks over them so it would look less weird if you paged down) You probably don't have to worry about this at all, but I mention it because if you have a lighting mod then, I dunno, maybe it will have some weird effect and you will want to go down there and delete lights.

Just a few notes
- No custom content included or required
- The lot edges are flat
- Constrainfloorelevation false was used for the carport
- Moveobjects was used and some things aren't snapped to grid, but the furniture works.
- There are phones on both floors
- There is a fire alarm inside the fire place

A copy of the lot was play tested, but please message me if you run into any problems

Reccomended Mods
- Rugs - zMOG!! Off Grid!! by HugeLunatic --You don't need it, but it's awesome, and if you don't have it some of the rugs will look funky until you pick them up and put them on grid
- Water Inaccesible Flowers by dickhurt --If you don't want it you could of course just delete any problem flowers you run across.
- Trim Inaccessible Bushes by Cyjon --Likewise for bushes
