tiny houses 1x1 - no slope basement - no CC

this time I share with the community, these two tiny houses, which are the result of two fantastic Mootilda's tools, Lot Adjuster and Grid Adjuster
These houses were built using the Uniaqua neighborhood template by angellasimmer.

I wanted to share two versions of this lot and below I describe the characteristics of each one.

Bluish house

This house has in the basement a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and ample space to place objects such as exercise machines or whatever you want.
on the first floor is the kitchen, dining room and living room with tv and stereo.
on the second floor is the children's bedroom with its private bathroom and a desk.
the outdoor is decorated with plants.

Beige house

This house has the basement of the basement a little lower in relation to the entrance, in this part is the bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and a desk.
the first floor is home to the kitchen, dining room and living room with tv.
on the second floor is the children's bedroom with its private bathroom and a desk.
the outdoor is decorated with plants, a tree and a house for pets.
