Hehe. I agree with it look like a shabby boat. When placed on pontoon it could be a nice floating house like in sims 3. For me it remids me of condos district in Pleasantview. But with some amenities. Someone of Caliente or Lothario neighbors could probably live here.

What about these type of houses as a row of beachfront properties?
This one looks fairly beach-y to me, may be the ye olde steamboat look.

I can already envision a whole neighbourhood with the classic houses and the stuff that'll come. Am I thinking too big?

That would look nice - especially along a Northern rocky beach...

They'd also fit into the Lothario/Caliente section of Pleasantview.

As far as mixing it up in the hood - go for it ... not in my current hoods though. I've got my 1920's 'project' beautifying the lower farmland section of Belladonna Cove, and most of the 'moderns' are being built in Desiderata (though they are being tested and packaged from Riverblossom Hills LOL!) Believe it or not, there IS a method to my madness... somewhere
