Hello fellow simmers, the time has arrive, after a lot of problems trying to keep it clean, functional and avoiding corruption, I finished my lovely hood, so before the populated version, I will upload this empty version, builted with most of my buildings and some others.

Hood description:
New World is the best colony in Steve's sector, decades ago the first pilgrims, landed with their module-houses in the archipelago of the pangea, now this beautiful world is a jewel of the United Nations of Sims.





Terrain: Here is the original terrain M.M.A.A.'s Fisher Island SC4 map, I wanted to create a nice terrain but when I took a look on this, I was like -oh god, I can put some beaches here!

Deco:

Colorfull forests, a high speed rail conecting the rest of the Pangea, the New radio tower next to observatory in the top of the montain, the dirty docks next to the military base and the latest spaceship crash next to the bridge, basically that's the biggest part of the environtment.

Necessary Expansion Packs:
ALL (from University to Apartment life)

Necessary stuff Packs:
M&G: lots of deco, stairs and plants

optional:
"Happy Holiday": Only used in roller park for deco with trees and reinders, so you'll have no problem if you don't have it installed.

Installing Business suburb:
Suburb (also known as Shopping District or Business District):
put the BEWO folder here... C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Open For Business\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate

Just in case that doesn't work for you: You will need to use Mootilda's mod "Fix Subhood Selection" to fix subhood selection button: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=420924
