The house is lightly, yet fully furnished with mostly the Maxis Mission furniture set. "Decorating" is kept to a minimum; please re-arrange and customize things to suit your sims tastes.


I meant for this to be CC Free *sigh* but, alas, I had to use the open underneath wooden stairs. They are included, and links are given below...

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Smoke alarms are over the kitchen stove and the patio grill (The upstairs and downstairs fireplaces do NOT have fire alarms - you have been warned!) The telephone is on the wall in the kitchen. There is a burglar alarm by the front door.


Custom Content Included:
- Maxis Wooden Stairs - open underneath by Reyn @ MTS2 - these need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
- Maxis Wooden Stairs - recolorable by Numenor @ MTS2 - these are NOT USED in this build, but are necessary to have in you DL folder for the "open underneath" stairs to work.


NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. This wall fixes the "wonky wall" issue that happens when you use CFE to build (as you must for creating split-level houses.)


Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
