New Mesh
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

7/17/2020 Updated the HW_BespokeBuildSet file. The new file includes updates to all of the objects with the rd prefix. (They should all allow person and roof intersection, be quarter tile placeable and not cast outdoor shadows now). The updated zip also includes the 6 new colors I added and Shastakiss's door updates for apartments.
5/22/2020 Shastakiss updated the 2 tile French Doors and the 2 tile arch to work with Apartment Lots.  Fixed 7/17/2018 Updated the files to fix a GUID conflict with the Oaktown Door. BESPOKE LOT PACK : 15 Houses BESPOKE CURTAINS & BLINDS ROOF RECOLORS made compatible with Niol's roof shaders by simsllama. BESPOKE BUILD SET I like to build the mix of houses you'd find in the typical American suburb (often from house plans) so this set doesn't faithfully follow any particular build style. It's a nice, versatile set of windows, doors and miscellaneous bits and pieces suitable for the houses I like to build. I tried to keep the info as to the point as possible. Hopefully I conveyed everything you need to know but maybe not. If you have any questions please ask.  Click the buttons for details.  COLOR PALETTE & RECOLORS The set comes with a huge palette of colors in a range of shades to mix and match. The colors may be familiar because I did my best to use existing build and buy objects to create the palette. I also used Shastakiss's pirate wood colors because they're amazing. I kept the color name the same as the source but keep in mind that I didn't use the textures so these aren't going to be exact matches and may look nothing like the original. Example: Oak is clearly not oak wood.The recolors are tiny file and guilt free - just 5kb each - so keep as many colors as you like. WINDOWS
DOORS & ARCHES  Issues: The 1 on 2 tile, 2 tile and 3 tile arches and the 2 tile French doors can't be used on apartment lots. You'll get an invalid apartment notification when you try and change the lot zoning. Why that happens I do not know but it does.

The window boxes & shutters are shiftable with Googalor's/Lee's shiftable curtain mod.      DEFAULT REPLACEMENT STAIRS Steadfast Stairs Default Replacement
Aboreal Ascendency Wooden Deck Stairs
USE: Place the stairs as usual and use the design tool to recolor each step. CONFLICTS  The Steadfast Stairs will conflict with Huge Lunatic's recolorable version and any recolors you have will not work with mine. There was no getting around that - the names needed to be changed to add the second subset and for the recolors to show in neighborhood view.The green deck stairs have never been defaulted (as far as I'm aware) so you shouldn't have any issues with those. RECOLORING: You can recolor these like normal or, if you want to use my templates for tiny file recolors, the texture names are: ##0x1C050000!staircasemodularbalustrade-hwbespokecolortemplate ##0x1C050000!deckgreenstairs-hwbespokecolortemplate Credit and thanks to Numenor and Lunie for making these recolorable first. I wouldn't have had the first clue where to start if not for their work.  MAILBOX SHELF & RECOLORS
 
Later, I came across Michelle's recolors of Windkeeper's mailbox cover and I thought it would be nice to have that option. I wasn't about to do another 34 recolors of Windkeeper's mailbox so I made a stand alone shelf slaved to the original mailbox instead. A year later I came across Pescado's hacked version of Windkeeper's mailbox cover (that only accepts mail) and I thought that was a good idea too so I made the same shelf again, this time cloned from Pescado's version.TL;DR Here's two new shelves that serve the exact same purpose as the existing objects by Windkeeper & Pescado (Hacked Windkeeperian) because I hate to recolor.  ROOF RECOLORS
     FLOORS & WALLS
 RECOLORING Everything is slaved to the Bespoke Build Set master file. (It's a package file that doesn't have an ingame mesh so no one ends up needing to keep an object they don't want.) If you want to recolor the set you'd use the Master File like usual. The set was designed with templates/tiny file recolors in mind and they're recommended. If you want to use my templates for recolors the texture names are: ##0x1C050000!bespokebuildsetmaster-woodtemplate ##0x1C050000!bespokebuildsetmaster-white Note: The hardware is not recolorable - sorry! EXCEPTIONS:
TERMS OF USE: None. INSPIRATION: So much about this set is the result of the Sims 2 community it felt wrong not to acknowlege that in a small way. I've used pheonix_pharie's Modern Georgian Manor set for absolutely ages and think it's just about perfect so this set was heavily influenced by theirs. Nysha and Raynuss both came out with really nice sets when I was actively making these so they had an influence. Not to mention Lee who introduced me to the wonders of centered windows and doors, MLC for her lovely porch sets, fansee who once wanted columns that hid in cutaway view, ekrubynaffit who was looking for blue roof trim once upon a time, and more recently Peni Griffin who's posts made me go back and make sure as much of this set as possible could be used without cheats. Polygon Counts: Generally low to average. The gingerbread and flower boxes are comparatively high and worth taking note of but nothing is outrageous. See post for exact counts. Additional Credits: Lamare, Chris Hatch and d4RE who offered help and answered my questions. SimPe, AGS, Milkshape and Photoshop. Maxis for the meshes and textures and MTS for hosting and the new tables. 1030 people have said thanks to Honeywell for this download.
