Yes, if it just bare bones routing paint fixes were done. As this one is. No edited Lots, no moved objects.

I'm new to the Sims 3, but I am in the process of buying the Starter Pack just so I can play this world. Once I do this procedure, will all the Lunar Lakes pre-made families with their relationships and jobs still be intact?

ETA: As far as I can tell from playing this edited version of Lunar Lakes over the past two weeks, this procedure preserves all the pre-made families, as well as their relationships, jobs and properties. I actually used the turnkey version ellacharmed posted here.
