INVISIBLE WATER FROM SPRINKLES
GLOBAL HACK - SEASONS REQUIRED


WARNING: this is a GLOBAL HACK, meaning that it will affect *all* the sprinkles in *all* your neighborhoods. This particular hack should NOT be exported with lots, nor included in cloned sprinkles; nevertheless, I suggest to always check the lots with the Clean Installer.


DESCRIPTION
As per request by Angel_f, I've created this hack that removes the "water effect" when the automatic sprinkles function.
Actually, there is no problem in the animation of the water; only, it's graphically intensive: if you place many sprinkles in a large lot, and you have a not-so-powerful computer, the game might slow down very much, when all the sprinkles start spraying at the same time.

Hence, this hack: the water is invisible, and no load is put on the CPU nor the graphic card. But the sprinkle will function just as before: the surrounding plants are correctly watered, you can hear the sound of the sprinkles and you can see them moving; only, the water is invisible...


INSTALLATION
Unpack the rar to your Downloads folder (you can use the Q-Xpress, if you like). To uninstall, just remove the file "Numenor_GlobalHack_InvisibleWaterFromSprinklers(SEASONS).package" from your Downloads folder.


IN-GAME USAGE
There is nothing to manually do, when in game; only, notice that the hack will affct the sprinkles the first time they start: therefore, if you saved a game when the sprinkles were in function, they will go on spraying water for a little, the next time they will start, the water will be invisible.



TECHNICAL DATA
This hack contains a modified copy of the following animations: "o-autosprinkler90-loop_anim", "o-autosprinkler180-loop_anim" and "o-autosprinkler360-loop_anim"; in all of them, I've stripped away the effect "EP5_sprinkler".
Therefore, this hack should be compatible with all the currently existing mods and hack related to gardening (which are all based on modified BHAVs). I don't think that anyone will create another modded version of these three anim files, and therefore I guess that this hack will be compatible with any other hack created in the future, too.
