Havisham House Day Care

Yes! Sims 4 now have toddlers! All those working Sims need a place to stash their darling beasties till they get off work.

Before:

Unfortunately, EA in their wisdom did not make a 'day care' community lot type so use generic. You'll have to 'fake' it. At least we have toddlers! Yea! Or section off a room upstairs for a private bedroom and add a tub to the bathroom and make it into a home business. If you want to make it into a home business, reclassify the lot to residential.

I've play tested this lot which is toddler friendly. The kitchen is fenced off from the kids and there are plenty of potties for the toddlers. It has great lot traits. - Good Schools, Child's Play, Sunny Aspect.

furnished price = $60,000
unfurnished = community lots don't have unfurnished price.
Size = 20 x 20
1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Dining room, Kitchen, Parental Waiting Lobby, Rainy Day Play area, fenced yard.

There is NO CC, but there is plenty of stuff from many Stuff and EP packs. Oh! It also has Backyard stuff but there was no check box for it. If you don't have the stuff packs, those items will just disappear.

I did notice that the toddlers have the option to go to day care but you can't follow them at this time. It will take EA to make a patch so you can follow them to day care. (Get to work doesn't have day care options) In the meantime, set up the lot as generic. If you set it up as retail, your sim can 'buy it'. However, they can't 'buy' generic lots. So, play with the lot classifications to see what works best for you.
