Simply stunning, stylish furnishings for the ultra modern, high-end studio living look - and dare I say - very affordable too!


With the exceptions of the Glo-Li-La Coffee Table (Glamour Life) and Right On! Cordless Phone (FreeTime), all other items have been created using Sims2 base game objects.
The Design & High-Tech Stuff - Living Room zip.file contains all 7 items with separate folders for each item. If you wish to recolor using SimPE, please use the item ending with the word Mesh.
I have also attached a separate zip.file for each item.
