The Drummond is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house The half bath is combined with the laundry room on the first floor an entrance room with spiral stairs up to the second floor
fairly large kitchen and dining combo with "built in" "ottoman" sitting with an arch way to the living room up stairs has all the bedrooms and the large family bathroom
the kids rooms are themed for a boy (sailor) and a girl (princess) the master bedroom has a closet and smallish master bathroom
though this house is made for 4 sims I don't see why you couldn't fit the full 8 sims. This is a house based off of a real-life house it's even painted the same way!

this is my first upload in a little bit so please inform me of any mistakes.


I didn't add in a basement but one could likely be added with some tweaking.

I didn't play test this but I did have a family move in to test certain things so should be all good

You may want to put it on a bigger lot if you want a backyard it's on a 25 wide by 20 deep lot (25x20) so I would recommend putting it on a 25x25 or 25x30 and using the in game tool to move it where the drive way
lines up the edge of the lot I have stated using to smallest lot possible so it can really go "anywhere"

Just a side note there is NO entrance from the garage but there is a door to the "backyard" so your sims can still get into the house from in the garage I'm afraid I didn't notice this until it was finished so couldn't easily add it in
also the lighting is alittle "odd because of the CFE cheat I have fixed it to the best of my abilities

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.

6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
