The final Ambitions lot for Riverview in my EP Build Project, we have a little hangout for food and dance. Since hangouts tend to be used for any sort of place that doesn't have its own lot type, instead of searching for a specific type of building, I just looked around in towns in Kansas until I found one that looked fairly interesting. I have this lot placed at 225 Cotton Branch Drive, across from the Lin household, but it can be placed at any 40x30 lot.

The ground floor contains the hangout area with a juice bar, a buffet table, a stage with a stereo and guitar, and seating areas. The basement contains the restrooms. The exterior contains a porch with benches out front, and patio with more seating areas out back.

Next, we start on the Late Night lots. While many of the lot types wouldn't be appropriate for the world (You're not really gonna find an exclusive lounge in a small rural town), I'm including them anyway in case anyone wants them in their game.
