Whoa! Doesn't the view take your breath away? Have you ever seen such a pleasing exterior?




That's how I felt the first time I came across this house in real life. I first saw an example for sale nearly 10 years ago and it sparked my love of houses and real estate. I have only seen 2 other examples in my area and it has taken me all these years to correctly piece together the floor plan. It is a very rare, unique, and stunning example of a disco-era Tudor revival.





I took care to recreate areas with vaulted ceilings as closely as possible. You'll notice the foyer and family room are both "open" to the space above. In the real life examples of this home, there would be an open loft space above the master bedroom. This isn't possible with TS2 build mechanics. I did include a small, unfinished bonus space off the 3rd bedroom.







I hope you'll enjoy this home. I rarely upload unfurnished lots, because I like to demonstrate how to use the space. However, this is probably the 10th time I have built and rebuilt this home in my game over various installs and family lineages. I will let you explore decorating its interior much as I have for all these years.
