This house is totally free of CC, and completely furnished & ready for your sims to move in!

Designed in the style of the current definition of "modern" architecture, ie lots of rectangles, and white/black/wood color schemes. The first floor holds a very tiny living room, just enough space for a couch and bookshelf. Equally as small is the kitchen and dining area. But head up the spiral stairs, and the house really spaces out. The two bedrooms are super roomy, full of all the bedroomy amenities you could need, with some extra space for good measure. The master bedroom even has a slim little balcony to get some fresh air on! Each floor has its own bathroom, which are basically identical with a toilet & shower each. On one side of the first floor there's the attached garage, on the other side is a pool which extends right beneath the overhanging master bedroom.

As this house is fully furnished and decorated, the price hikes up a bit to $55,812. Definitely not a starter, but its price is more in the middling range where a career-oriented couple could work up the fiances for. They'd even have a space for expanding their family, with that secondary bedroom!

This house has been playtested using a copy. All objects/areas are accessible and usable. No sims have ever lived on the uploaded lot.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
