Magnolia Farmhouse is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a laundry room, linen "closet" dining room kitchen combo and a barbecue area on the back corner of the lot.

this is my first upload in a while so please inform me of any mistakes. The third bedroom is done up as an office with a reading nook.

I put in a basement but it only has boxes from buy debug in it so do with it as you may it is extendable just have to remove the black out flooring and walls HOWEVER
don't do this by holding ctrl+shift and then clicking as it will flatten out the part underneath the foundation, you have to do it by clicking and dragging while holding down the ctrl key (found this out the hard way .

I didn't play test this one so if there is anything screwy with it please leave a comment telling me so I can fix it! I didn't use MOO really so should be good

You may want to put it on a bigger lot if you want a backyard it's on a 30 wide by 20 deep lot (30x20) so I would recommend putting it on a 30x30 and using the in game tool to move it where the "wall way" and "drive way"
are at the edge of the lot (I did this so it could really go anywhere because I noticed alot of the store worlds have more really small lots that they do bigger ones)

Just a side note there is NO garage but there is a marked out driveway (see dead grass) feel free to add a garage if you rather have one =D

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.

6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
