I have the Radiance lighting mod, so these pics are unedited and I apologize that the interior pictures are dark! I also have a road default if you notice the white sidewalks. This will not carry over to the lot uploads!

This one was hard. I gave up the first time but I decided to give it another go, so here's the finished result. I'm too tired to make a furnished version so maybe you'll accept this offering instead

THIS WAS BUILT WITH THE SIMS 2 ULTIMATE COLLECTION AND WITH IN-GAME CONTENT! NO CUSTOM CONTENT!

This house has been packed with CleanInstaller so you must use CleanInstaller to open it! I cleaned it with the Lot Compresser and this was built in an empty neighborhood. And I don't know why it's marked as 'furnished' since this is basically unfurnished, but the lot price for this house is $111,994.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
