Wow I've been building a lot for Midnight Hollow lately

Here is a custom university that can be attended and used WITHOUT going to the Uni subhood. This of course requires a couple of mods, but otherwise this lot uses NO CC. However this goes without saying you NEED Midnight Hollow installed.

To use this as a university, you must apply at the administration building and not on your sim's phone/computer. I've tested this lot and it does work as a custom university, although lectures require a separate student union lot which is not included here. It doesn't seem to have much effect on the course though.

Mods required:

• University Life Rabbit Hole Rugs by Simsl3gacies
• NRaas Careers mod (base mod + possibly academics too)

This university has a lot of history and is one of the oldest institutions in the area of Midnight Hollow. It has the main building, a sports and tech building, and a newly renovated arts building, as well as outdoor and indoor meeting spaces where students can study and socialise. It also has skill objects available to the public as part of a local learning initiative.

A lot of the space used is just a shell and inaccessible. However, there are a few useable spaces as mentioned above.

IMPORTANT INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
THIS IS NOT A SIMS3PACK FILE - it is a package file that you place into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library folder.

It is a huge lot full of things so it may be a bit laggy or slow to place on less powerful computers (such as my own) and entering/exiting build/buy mode may take a while too.

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
