The upload I made for the theme Maxis Makeover was the Default Replacement Careers: Base Game PTO3 & PTO5.
This is the same, but for Free Time careers. You can also find this for University and Seasons careers in seperate uploads.
1. The original Free Time careers have a PTO7. That means that your sim needs to work 7 days before getting one day of vacation.
There are two zipfiles in this upload.
One replacement for all Free Time careers with PTO3. (So this zipfile contains 4 packages, one for each base game career)
One replacement for all Free Time careers with PTO5. (So this zipfile contains 4 packages, one for each base game career)
You can only have one replacement of each career in your downloadfolder
But you can have e.g. AchitecturePTO3 and EntertainmentPTO5
2. I also changed the names of the career with the addition of PTO3 or PTO5 to make clear to you in game that you have default replacements for those careers.
3. The descriptions are still in the original language in which the game is installed.
I hope this explanation is a bit clear to everyone. If not, just ask in the comments!

The careers don't show up in my game
What is PTO?
Can you create a career for me?:
I want to add (better) chance cards to this career
Could you create a career for Sims 3 or Sims 4?
