Welcome Everyone!

Do you design custom summer clothing?
Do you create custom or celebrity Sims?
Do you make movies?

If you answer "yes" to all or any to the above, then this residential lot is for you!! This lot offers a variety of great photoshoot/movie locatons to showcase your Sims, summer clothing, and movie scenes. Why not try it out?

Additional Notes:
This lot is very large, please be patient. If you have a high performance computer download the NeoGrand lot.

I purposely kept the left and right side of the front lawn empty for your personal customization. Unfortunately, Sims can not live in the house, it is only a decorative building.

The road is decorative. When sims sit in the car, the car returns to a different location. Use the cheats:
moveobjects on,
boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true,
boolprop snapobjectstogrid false

to position the car on different parts of the road or grass.

If your computer lags and is very slow, I highly recommend you download the 5 smaller photoshoot/movie size lots. (See bottom of post for collage images A1 through A8)

Final Notes: Turn OFF shadows for best overall effect. There are areas that will appear very dark and may not look good on your lot especially when taking photos and making movies.
