its just silly...i mean i understand about gta but really the sims?!?!? seriously if the game originally had skins with nipple and such then maybe id agree alittle but its the user who decides to make or download the adult skins....there fore if a oparent is freaking about adult content in a game dont let them connect to the internet..simple and i wanna know did he even play the game and if so hes the one that looked for the most adult skins he could find so whos the perv now? and i have yet to see any skins that make a child or younger look real.....so its like a kelly doll which in most cases is nuthing a child hasnt seen and why would that give a perv delight? its just all silly to me.....hes just blaming ea and maxis cause if he blamed the parents that werent monitoring theiur childs games hed lose votes....jerk

From what I have read/heard about this guy he is on a crusade. He thinks the Interactive Entertainment Community (Thats means, Developers, Publishers, ESRB, ESA, Player, Modders, Watchers, Defenders etc.) are trying to spread the evil that is 'video games' to children without care of what happens as long as they make money, blah blah blah blah.

This guy needs to learn the meaning of an 'OPEN MIND' and the diffrences between REALITY and NON-REALITY. Children (probley 5/6+), when cared for properly and taught properly by there parents know the diffrence between pretended or somethings thats not real and things that are real. ESPICALLY chidren brough up with computers/games. I'm 23 now, and I started using computers when I was about 4/5 and playing at that time very simple games *you rember thoese text adventures and stuff right * I know full well the diffrence bewteen the two.

But anywayz back to the topic at hand in sims 2. First he has momentum so hes pushing, and this is the first thing he probley came upon from his little cronies (or minions if you prefer) probley from the gtafourms since we were talking about it. Secondly he has no case, none, ziltch, nada as he did with SA. Heres why, FIRST, the SA hot coffe mod (pc version) was a code/savegame hack that enabled a mini game that was previously dissabled/disconnected from the game. All the content for the game was there the code or script file portion that was in the mission.scm (the main file GTA uses for it's scripts to preform missions and the like) was disconnect/not-included.

The mod re-added this code into the script, or allowed you to re-enabled the code in the game exe via your save game *not sure on all the detials just what I rember reading from the mod maker.* everything else, the text, textures, animations, etc. everything else was IN THE GAME even if it was not accessed this is true for all versions of SA. (PC, XBOX, or PS2) this is why the ESRB did what it did in the situation. Now compare that to sims 2 and theres nothing. Any gentiela, nipples and so forth he was talking about was a skin mod, downloaded or made. Period. You see nothing, no detial, you see barbie dolls or as I like to call it, artistic nudity (ie no details)

Only if you download special content from some sim site on the net can you get things like detailed nude textures that are anatomicly correct. That idiot's accusations are without base. If you use a cheat code to remove the censor blur ... YOU SEE ONLY A BODY TEXTURE WITHOUT DETAIL. NO NIPPLES, NO PUBIC HAIR, NO PENISES!!!!!


We should try writing up a petition to someone where we state that we have not seen any of the mentioned content, until we inserted downloaded content (which is was not made by Ea games or maxis) into the game.

I feel personally offended that this man would sue the heck out of game companies,
without even bothering to play the stuff he thinks is turning kids into perverts,

if he actually played the game, and learned a bit about modding,
he'd know that it takes some skill to
a) get the blur removed, and
b) get the realistic nude skins
most sites that have nude skins also have a little 'adults only' screen
it's not like we (the modding community) are forcing sex upon unsuspecting children

always full frontal nudity in those, usually people running naked through the snow for some reason
and no, it has not mentally scarred me

Every time i read an article about games being bad having sex and nudity in them I laugh at the article and think again and again which village idiot came has another "sex-in-game" problem again. I would be more worried about games like doom 3 and GTA SA because you can kill people in it, but when i think about the fact an adult person even a teen will not go shooting people in the street after they have played the game. If you do something like that, that means you didn't kill the game because it is violent BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE VIOLENT AND MENTALLY DISTRUBED! A game won't force you to take up the gun and it won't force you to shoot from it.

A lot of people also go to nude beaches even children are there and noone causes any problems. Hell everyone is chillin out. In a few years we won't be even alowed to wear only swimwear on the beach but also a coat cuz of people like that "attorney" if he even is one if he makes such idiotic accusations that aren't even real.

Cops tasered a North Carolina teen after he got into a fight with an officer and refused to put down his Game Boy. The 14-year-old boy was sent to the assistant principal’s office for playing with the Game Boy in class and then wouldn’t give the device up to the man. So he called in the cops. When an officer tried to pat the kid down he got a face full of angry teen fist. The officer handcuffed the teen, tasered him and was finally able to wrest the Game Boy from the teen’s hands. That’s right this cop was having his ass kicked by a 14-year-old with a Game Boy in his hands, and apparently it was being so hardily kicked that handcuffing AND tasering was necessary. Maybe they need to import some officer with backbone to that state.
