Very pretty and I love the color scheme! Though no bathroom downstairs would create a problem for my playstyle.

And the lot is unfurnished.

Nice little house! I'm pretty fussy about downloading houses, the use space is usually not intuitive to me (I guess I'm just particular!), but this one makes the cut. Not too big, but not so small that it creates pathing issues for the sims. It's in the "Goldilocks" category for me ;) I just really like this house. Many thanks :)
