My first build in Boroughsburg was on this lot, I like that you have finished the first floor :) , I have not decided on what kind of a shop should be there yet. But the loft studio upstairs is finished. I think I am going to upload my lot later today, in the afternoon. Just gotta figure out what should be in the retail space, a laundromat would be the simplest I guess.
