Hi. It seems very nice house for Sims, I would really like to have it in my game. Unfortunately, my WinRAR gives me a "corrupted file" error while trying to open. Can you check if the file is ok? I've never had such problems before with any .rar files.

WinRAR as well as WinZIP has long been known to sometimes break sims3packs when unzipping/unraring which why 7zip is recommended to use instead http://www.7-zip.org/

Really nice layout. Compact, but with plenty of space for Sims to move around and go about their lives. Well done! I like that it's modern looking, but not TOO modern.
