Last time I tried to use the AGS for Sims 3, it wouldn't work. If I manage to get it to work, I likely will make a base game version of this.

This looks like a good one for the smaller islands in Isla Paradiso. I have already built two small huts on islands my sim there has found, though they usually have huge basements hidden under the island too.

How do I make the basegame version be weather tight for seasons? is it a simple platform?

The basegame version of the house should be season tight, since the 'roof' is basically floortiles and I have never had a problem with weather messing up the inside of the house with that. Are you having issues with it?
