Tragic Clown Unlocked & Hair Fix

Well, looks like your fix for the hair colours is still needed with the official release. They're still broken.

I just checked and yes they are still messed up. Gladly the hairs don't seem to affect the Tragic clown in anyway as all the buff instances for the costume are tied to the suit it appears.

These files aren't even needed anymore. All of the Tragic Clown content is officially in the game and the hair colours have all been officially fixed. So, no need for an update.
