I can see this in the hills over LA - definitely the place to throw a cocktail party for Hollywood's elite. The view would be spectacular!
The proportions are perfect, and those interiors are luscious.

I've been looking over the images some more, and I love the details: the way you tiled the top of the pool walls with gold and white blocked tile; your use of gold and desaturated blue in the one parlour; and the mix of flesh and blood red in the study.
