Evotiquien, thanks for that great link (www.houseplanguys.com). This is just what I have been looking for.

Generally speaking I find that 1 level houses work best. I have downloaded and/or created multilevel houses and they just are a pain in the butt to use with my Sims.....it makes tracking them very difficult.

Now, if I create a house today with more then 1 level, I put all living areas on the same level and reserve the other level for the indoor or outdoor swimming pool.
I have also created a house with a basement swimming pool and another house with an indoor pool and garden.
