Hello, do I need to download all those cc and sliders used in this sim in order for this to work? because when I downloaded it, yea it shows in my game and the thumbnail is correct but the sim here in my game doesn't look exactly as the thumbnail does. am I missing something or what?

Well if you download all CC that are listed, she should look like in pics. If you want that her face look like in pics,download at least skin, eyes, browns and sliders that used creating her.The other things, if you don't want them all, will be able change by yourself.
