Not only are your lots breathtakingly beautiful but it's also always a pleasure to look at all the pictures. This one is an awesome house and the colours, the interior the landscaping... just everything... is so lovely. I absolutely love it - you did an amazing job on this one. All my thumbs up for it

I most definitely agree with everyone!!! My favorite part of the hous eis the exterior!!! I love how you mixed different materials and you did it very well might iI add!!!
And oh yea I love the roofline too!!! SO totally cool!

Most of the time I download lots just for inspiration to try out different things in my own builds. This is the fourth lot of yours I'm actually using for play. I love that you build big with plenty of rooms, and how much detail you put in decorating to give them a nice lived in feeling. Really nice work.

Download and unzipp the file to The Sims 3/download folder, start the launcher and install it; you will find it in the lots library. Place the lot in the location I indicated in the screenshot. If you still have problem, feel free to ask! Thanks for enjoying my lot!

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. But in case they are. In my game I suddenly got a "dirty surroundings" moodlet in the kitchen/fireplace area. I had just moved my simmies in.
I found the culprit finally to be a couple of small lamps around the fireplace and on the table nearby, click them and you get the option to "replace" them. o 3o

I've my sims lived there for couple of days and everything was fine. Have you tried to delete those small lamps to stop that peoblem?
