Default Ground level lot
Here are some additional pictures of the interior of the ground level lot. There are small changes to the floor plan to utilize the space no longer needed by the basement stairs.

"Mootilda" I really like this house the construction of it is great. Also a big plus for a Sims who can afford the next step up from a starter. Thanks for sharing.
