Sorry pumpkin21, as with all recolours, if you don't have the MESH (original) the recolours will not show up in your game. You will find the MESH (original) is included in the zip file, along with the 4 recolours.
Whenever you see a "Say Thanks" button show the creator you appreciate their work...click on it.

I've had the original hot tub for a long time, but it can't be played now; it always says "in use". I will re-download from HL, and get yours too
