I can't do that because it's already avaible (tops as separates) in "apartement life"... Even if it's possible...

How adorable! I think there were a couple of halter tops in the base game, but they were extremely short, way above the navel (very 90s, imo) and I rarely use them. So this upload is extremely appreciated! Thanks!!
