I'll have to do more reading to figure out how to make it base game *looks sheepish* my neighborhood is WA-based and right now I'm really only doing lots for it until it's ready for release, but I'll make a note to try and get a base game version of this house done at some point, and hopefully will make more base-game homes when taking breaks from neighborhood builds.
