when i go to download it i dont have a mods n packages folder and says its a packages file so i carnt get any cars ?

do u have the install monkey program installed that easily enables u to use custom content??

freaky, I saw one of these while I was out in my car today. Considering I'm in the UK and its an American import they are really rare.
