@NL13: I'm so sorry. Only 3 days ago? He's so pretty and really cute. And I like the name

I have a cat 'mimi' , she comes from a farm so she's not really a house-cat that sits behind the window. She's often outside, hunting But she is really sweet, I mean, that's nature.
When it's thundering really hard she always goes hiding under my bed.
She is now... 4 years? Don't know exactly.

I also have a rabbit called, o god, it's a dutch name so it sound really weird in English: Gijsje.
He's not pretty but he's very cute

We had many many many little birds over the past few years, but they die very quick. We called the first one Goofy XD and the others Pietje. Another dutch name.:P

We also had another rabbit in 2004 I guess... He died at February the 24th 2007.

I'll post some pics later, coz I don't have any on my laptop right now
He was really beautiful and unique. And it was really sad when he died

This is my beloved Miss Kitty. She passed away 3 years ago yesterday. She was my best friend and lives on as a sim cat.

Nintendolover, I'm so sorry about your kitty!

Looks are deceiving. She looks sweet...

...But she thinks people are chewtoys.

And here's my sweet baby girls!

Fear their innocent looks. They aren't innocent either!

Oh, hi, how are you holding up?
Because I'm a Cass.

NintendoLover: Thanks...me too...I can't help but love the Elf! LOL

Cassie: I love your babies! Innocent is never a word I use to describe a cat...I have two of them...the word "diabolical" comes to mind though. And my dog assured me that the sole purpose of humans is to serve as toys for their pets.

Doesn't Darci look trustworthy (don't mind the indignant cat under her butt...Miss Kitty always looked like that)?

Poor Miss Kitty! (both)

This isn't my pet, but I'll post it anyways.

LOL...Miss Kitty was always stealing Darci-dog's bed. Darci would come in and tell on her all of the time. If Darci was already in her bed, Miss Kitty would just go lay down with her. They were really cute together!

Don't feel *too* bad for Miss Kitty...Darci always walked away feeling like she'd sat on a cactus that had teeth...and Miss Kitty would just randomly try to eat Darci as she walked by now and then. They both gave as good as they got (all in good fun I'm sure!).

Kiara is gorgeous! I've never seen a camera shy dog...every dog I've ever had was a hambone...my Darci-dog always tried to lick the camera if you got close to her with it. :D

Its a Sugar Glider, not flying squirrel.
They are not even rodents. They are marsupials.

Are they hard to take care of? They are the cutest critters I've seen in a long time (just don't tell my cat, he'll get all indignant and won't speak to me for a week).

Its okay once you're used to it.

The most important thing when owning a sugar glider is bonding with them. They are a very social animal, so they can actually die from being lonely. When I first started with Teddy, I carry him almost everywhere inside a specially made pouch. That is to make sure he is familiar with my scent, my voice and my body. And since they are nocturnal, its easy to bring them along since they usually sleeps all day.

Their diet consists of fruits and insects. But I also used some supplements for them such as a formula called High Protein Wombaroo (HPW).
