Nah, the turtleneck and the frilly dress are both from the sims 3 store. They're awesome.

These are much more elegant than the long ones, I felt that only my goth sims could wear those. Thanks a bunch!

Thank you. I love those boots and use them sometimes, but they always seemed more for my really Goth sims. The shorter ones can be used more often, I think.

No. As I stated in my post, it does not replace anything in game. It's totally a new item under shoes category.
